Reformer

Reformer is a specially designed exercise machine with a movable platform that slides on rails, and adjustable resistance from springs and ropes. The resistance is adjusted to the individual, so you get a safe, personalized and effective workout.


What's unique about reformer is the combination of strength, stability and mobility in one class. You train your entire body in a gentle way, while building deep core muscles, improving posture and increasing body control.

Pilates matte

Pilates mat is a gentle and effective form of exercise on the mat that focuses on breathing, control and core muscles. You strengthen your abs and back, improve posture and build a strong, balanced body.


The training increases stability and body control, prevents stress injuries and reduces tension and pain in the back and neck. The result is a more functional body that works better – both in everyday life and in other training.

Yoga

Through breath and movement, yoga helps us find calm, clarity and presence – and strengthens the connection between body and mind. Yoga strengthens the body in a gentle and holistic way by combining strength, mobility and balance.


Regular practice contributes to better posture, less tension and a body that feels stronger, softer and more functional in everyday life.

Barre

Barre is a gentle but effective form of exercise that combines elements from ballet, pilates and strength training. Classes take place at a barre (ballet pole) and consist of small, controlled movements that strengthen and shape the muscles – especially the buttocks, thighs, core muscles and arms.


The training focuses on endurance strength, stability, balance and good posture. The exercises are calm and precise, but can be surprisingly intense – suitable for all levels.

Pilates Club Sandvika

Practical information

You will find us at Slependveien 48, on the 2nd floor. We are located in bright and pleasant premises of 271 square meters – with plenty of space for both movement and peace. With us you will receive personal follow-up and guidance in a warm and inclusive environment.


The studio consists of a separate reformer room and a mat room, as well as a separate PT room and treatment room. We offer classes in Pilates reformer, Pilates mat, yoga and barre.


We have customer parking right outside the door. Parking costs 33,- per half hour between 8 am and 5 pm, and is free after 5 pm and on weekends.
